Okay, so here is the deal, i have the following set-up.

Server A is my domain controller

Server B is my terminal Service host

Currently i have about 25 Users who basically run a very simple 32
bit program for sales called myriad which is soul-ly written and
operates in FOX. Also users use Outlook in the same session. The
average size of each outlook PST is about 4GB. Below are the exact
specs of the Dell Power Edge T110 Server that hosts the terminal service
sessions. I cant seem to understand what the problem is, I have
ample amounts of hardware available but it seems that i have errors with
speed, even though the CPU usage stays at low all the time and same
for network usage. The user tend to have a problem when it comes down
to speed and efficiency of the server which basically has a consistent
LAG at all times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also someone mentioned to install a seprate video card to help a little on the page load graphics.
Please advise.

Thank You’
