Good morning,
We have run into a situation with one our users. They created an encrypted EFS file on their laptop and when they returned to the office they were unable to open it. When I looked for the cert, it was not there. Tried to reinstall the cert. that we had backed up, but it will not open the file. We have Deep Freeze installed on all laptops, does this have anything to do with it? Is there a way to open the file without the EFS cert.

Thanks,
Juan

Has anyone worked with Deep Freeze 5? We have it installed on one work station and are trying to use it on another, but are unable to make it work. It will not show the systems on the network. Any ideas on how to copy it over to another work station and have the same controls? You would think copy and paste would work, but no luck so far.
