What is an acceptable Air Temp.Delta T on a water cooled Evaporator? I have a range of 30 to 34 degrees, seems high to me, Should I be concerned about heat transfer?

A client of mine appears to have a infection of malware. The client is getting the “chinese” letters as per language no matter what language is chosen. Wondering what needs to be done to restore that portion. Virus removal is in process but looking for anything additional that may help resolve this issue.

How to recover a PDS member
z/os mainframe. A member from a partitioned dataset has been accidentally deleted . No backup. I guess the deletion is done logically and not phisically untill next compress (a king of flag aside) . So, there must be a command that let recover the member (unflag it). Coud anyone give some help? Thanks
