What is an acceptable Air Temp.Delta T on a water cooled Evaporator? I have a range of 30 to 34 degrees, seems high to me, Should I be concerned about heat transfer?

Virus affecting Default Input Language – Repair
A client of mine appears to have a infection of malware. The client is getting the “chinese” letters as per language no matter what language is chosen. How to recover a PDS member
z/os mainframe. A member from a partitioned dataset has been accidentally deleted . No backup. I guess the deletion is done logically and not phisically untill next compress (a king of flag aside) . So, there must be a command that  let  recover the member (unflag it). Coud anyone give some help? Thanks
