How can we determine how many sip proxy servers are needed for a new installation? Is there a tool for this?

We want to migrate all servers in our datacenter to be backedup with backup exec instead of brightstore. Can we convert or import the database to bring in backup records and still be able to restore?

We back up everynight to a LTO3 drive. Can we copy the tape to send it to multiple locations and not just store it in our datacenter? We use brightstore.
