Do you have companies that request information on locations for Data Centers/ Collocation Facilities. My Father-In-Law converted an old Mall into a business park/business center. He has been told that his facility would be an ideal location for a data center/collocation facility. Guess much of what would typically need to be built out already exists in his building. He has worked with companies that want WAY too much of his money to find him a client. I was wondering if you ever get leads on companies that are interested in potential data center/collocation facilites and how he could come across some of these prospective clients? His facility is in Council Bluffs Iowa.
