Cloning existing database servers to migrate to virtual machine
Can we clone existing database servers with their contents and migrate to a virtual machine? We want to do this for two smaller database servers that are each on very expensive high level machines. One can be repurposed and the other can support both servers as vms.

Excel date format
I am trying to copy data from one of our systems into Excel. Everything copies into Excel except the dates. My source data date format is MMM DD, YYYY (example Jul 14, 2004). I have tried changing the Excel from general to text and also tried changing the date formats.

Oracle to SQL Server Migration – CURSOR type conversion
