How to recover data from damaged USB drive?
I just accidentally sat on my USB storage stick whilst it was still in the port of my PC. It is now bent and the connections may have been damaged. My PC does not detect the USB drive. How can I recover the data on the drive?

Hard drive down
how can i retrieve information from a portable hard drive if the power source in the drive is no longer working. it shorted out. i tried to plug it into my desktop and when i do it will not let my hard drive startup.
