how to transport data dictionary(table) content from test environment to quality?

Data Dictionary Update

We had an external raid fail that had plenty of data. We have since unmounted the raid. However, the data dictionary views are still seeing this drive and are therefore giving an error when trying to query the views. How can we update the data dictionary?????
