Is it a right solotion to implement VRV at data center compare with APC in row air cond system ? addditonal info: the raise floor height is 30cm, the the ceiling height is around 2 feet from rack. 600 sq feet room which located with 18 high density rack.

Do you have a good understanding of data center build cost, ie: what % of data center costs are for the shell, fit up, mechanical, electrical, etc? Is there a simple formula or a simple % break out that is industry accepted?

What is a good server rack w/good cable management
I am looking for a good server rack with decent accessories and a must is good cable management. The best I found is Chatsworth but there M series racks are wider then 24" so it won't sit on a raised floor panel. Any opinions?
