  • Migration issue from 8.5 to 11.5

    I use an application which generates Crystal Reports. This application currently uses Crystal Reports 8.5 when I tried to migrate the Crystal Reports to 11.5 and tried generating reports, an error is thrown which says"failed to load database information".

    On refresh get error message, "Prompting failed with the following error message: 'Unexpected Error'. Error source: prompt.dll Error code: 0x80043800 I tried opening and saving all parameter fields. Any ideas?
