i have crystal version 8.5 . if run the report in that time display the error “Server Yet not been opened” plz solve that

Data Fields outside of report section

I am looking at a previously written Crystal 8.5 report in which most of the data fields are outside of the report section. I can only see these fields if I reduce the report size to 50%. I have tried landscape orientation and adjusting the paper size to 11X17, but I still have many fields that I cannot see or use. How was this done in the first place, and how do I fix it so that I can see those fields?

Giving in Date Range in Crystal Reports 8.5

I am trying in Crystal 8.5 to get records for those who did not donate in a given date range, but did give in a different date range (i.e. did not donate 5/1/1985 thru 4/30/2009, but did donate 5/1/2009-4/30/2010). Those who meet the criteria are then marked as “new donor”. I am getting too many false positives-records who are not “new donors” but are returned as such.

Calling Oracle Functions from Crystal

We’re stuck on Crystal 8.5 and have a need to call an Oracle function. That part is solved. The issue is that it calls it for every record returned in the recordset.

Does anyone know how to limit the call to once? It doesn’t appear to make any difference in where we place the call; the header, the group 1 section, or anywhere else. Thanks.
