I am trying to find both the good and the bad with Blaze Advisor. So far I have only been able to find product specs, and good reviews. I was hoping to find competition and also some of the downfalls of this program.

Can you have two instances of CRM 3.0 on the same domain?
Can you have two instances of CRM 3.0 on the same domain? If so, how is it implemented. Also, how does this affect the user roles on the separate instances? What I mean is for example will a user setup as “Sys Admin” on CRM1 have the same level of access on CRM2? Thanks.

Can I implement a central database (Microsoft SQL Server) with distributed CRM application servers in remote locations? Due to large number of Outlook CRM clients, we’d like to try this model of distributing CRM application servers in remote major data centers with a single SQL Server. Thank you.

While trying to make a new contact folder for a certain group of contacts I hit move instead of copy. The links to the journal records and invoices was broken. Is there any way to link that information ( which we found while doing a search) back to the contact record?

I know what a. OST file is, however I am being asked to make and “HTML email in .OST format” and that I don’t know. Is there a special way of writting the code in that case? How would this be different from an HTML email that’s made specifically for Outlook users?
