I am trying to find both the good and the bad with Blaze Advisor. So far I have only been able to find product specs, and good reviews. I was hoping to find competition and also some of the downfalls of this program.

Can you have two instances of CRM 3.0 on the same domain? If so, how is it implemented. Also, how does this affect the user roles on the separate instances? What I mean is for example will a user setup as “Sys Admin” on CRM1 have the same level of access on CRM2? Thanks.

I’ve been asked to create an html email in .OST format… What is that supposed to mean “html email in .ost format”? How does one program such a file? I am currently creating HTML emails that are red by corporations that use mostly Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 so all IE based no Gecko browser.
