Getting error 57 & 58 when user trying to login?
when ever user trying to login it is saying request timed out. Understood That when ever genesys is sending request to Avaya it is getting timed out. We have Avaya CM 2.0 and integrated with GVP.

GP Smartlist Install
On installation of GP on a new PC where Smartlist was checked, Smartlist does not show as an option within GP. This person has proper permissions in the appl and accessed the feature before. What are we missing?
