My previous supervisor ran a report to display CPU utilization by user profile over a certain time period. I am trying to find out how to run this query. Can someone please help with directions?

Getting reports emailed from networked workstations in Windows 7 network
How can I make use of internal memory and CPU utilization (Task manager) and have it email me reports from all networked workstations? Is this within the scope of Windows 7?

Is there a % CPU utilization counter for System Center Operations Manager? What I have been finding suggests creating my own, but I’d like to think this is a fairly basic counter to have available.

Policies and Thresholds for monitoring utilizaion
I know that we can set policies and thresholds for monitoring things like CPU utilization. Does this work in a scenario when the processor being used is under the control of Hyper-V (or another virtualization platform)?

What is LSARPC
We have Windows 2003 Servers as our domain controller. we are facing some problem with CPU utilization. When I captured to traffic using sniffers I figured out a portocl called LSARPC which is freqently used by clients to communicate with Domain Controllers. I am wondering what is this LSARPC?
