When i view the procedure on i series navigatore it show that iam the Definer, however when i try to change the permissions on the procedure i get following message CPFA09C Not authorized to object. OBJECT IS /QSYS.LIB/COGNOSMIS.LIB/PRTEST111.PGM

My As400 user profile belongs to *USER class with *NONE as special authorities.

I wish to work on SQL procedures using I series navigator rather that using the As400 command line.
