=COUNTIF(D6:D38,”<30″) ‘ — OK

=COUNTIF(D6:D38,”<60″)-COUNTIF(D6:D38,”>29″) ‘ — counts double?

=COUNTIF(D6:D38,”<=89″)-COUNTIF(D6:D38,”>=60″) ‘ — counts double?

=COUNTIF(D:D,”>90″) ‘ — OK
