Can I enable telnet or SSH access into an Active Directory server running Windows Server 2008? Can I run normal Active Directory command line commands remotely?

Command line virus scanning program suggestions
What command line virus scanning program can you recommend for a application? We want to scan any files uploaded using our new programs interface. What is free and good? It needs to be able to integrate in a .Net application.

Complete backup via CLP
Isn’t it possible to wrap the commands issued via GO SAVE option 21 in a CLP and run it via job scheduled entry, assuming proper authority, etc.?
