I am seeking a solution that will allow an internal employee to communicate (securely) with an [strong]external [/strong]customers….via audio/video IM, Desktop sharing, White-boarding, etc.

Does anyone have experience in Vendorsoftware selection of this capability?

Inother words, one could say that weblogic offers a “hosting service” J2EE middleware offers answers to “messaging” services. Does Sharepoint offer an answer to “collaboration” services, “content managment” or something else?
