Dropping client access sessions over VPN
My CA sessions keep dropping. My VPN connection is solid. I am using standard VPN provided by Windows XP. If I start up a MochaSoft session first (do not even need to sign on to AS/00) All my CA sessions stay connected. How come I have to have MochaSoft up to keep CA sessions going.

iSeries Client access process pcscm.exe not ending
After starting a number of CA sessions, and then closing all the windows, the pcscm.exe and pcsws.exe processes in Windows XP does not end. Before I can start a new CA session, I must end these processes. How come these processes do not end after closing all CA sessions.

Windows 7 mapped drives with Client Access
Using client access 5.4 with iseries os 5.1. Most parts of client access is working ok but cannot create a mapped drive. Is this there some setting tha i have missed?

TCP/IP Timeout
I am using Client Access 5250 emulation connecting to a model 270 at V5R2. The host has a public IP address so there is no VPN, etc. After 5 minutes of no keyboad activity my job is disconnected. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to keep my job active? Thank you.

I need to be able to use windows vista to remotely log on using client access. has anyone been able to get these two working together? i have no problems on my old laptop using XP but my other laptop running on vista cannot connect, it does not pick up the virtual pc name
