Can you do a unattended install of Client Access?

installing client access version V5R2M0 on windows 7 64 bit
Hi I was able to install V5R2M0 client access on windows 7 32 bit version but when I am trying to install it on 64 bit version then I am getting the error that XCOPYFILE-2 error. Could anyone please help me resolving out this error.   Thanks Vivek Sharma
