Running AS/400 Client Access basic operations functions in Citrix
Have publised client access with CITRIX. Everything works fine. But when users try to view the outputs using the basic operarion's printer output option ,an error message is issued. This happens only when it is to be done through CITRIX.

Building a better WAN
WE have 6 offices in TX, main is in Houston with our servers, next is Dallas. We use Citrix now and find it limiting and cumbersome. What do I need to have my team put inplace to create a real WAN so Dallas people login to Outlook on the same server Houston people do and have the same experience?

Question: We upgraded from Presentation Server v4.0 to v4.5. We had published the desktop and configured the Web access portal without a problem. We have tried everything to allow access via the web portal, and we receive is"An internal error occurred. Please contact your system administrator."
