Hello,I am using CISCO VPN. We have users that connect to our company's location using CISCO VPN. 1) Can we find out where they are located. Like what state they are connecting from. Any way to trace this?

Using ip helper-address on a vlan with two subnets
I am trying to get ip helper-address to be able to pull DHCP addresses from a super scope. Right now it will only pull from the subscope that matches the subnet of the primary subnet for the vlan. Does anyone know of a way around this? Or if there would be an adverse affect on the current DHCP...

We have recently purchased a ISR 3825 loaded with Call Manager. We are able to access the SDM via a laptop but cannot access the Call Manager software. The router wasn't supplied with any software or details of how to access Call Manager, does anybody have any ideas?

Can you connect a Cisco 7940 desktop IP phone through a wireless switch/bridge to a Cisco access point?
