what could be the reason that a user is receving calls successfully but can not receive calls? I think it could be releated to Calling search space;but don't know the exact answer. if any body can please explain
Hi I am having a problem with calls forwarded to one user directly from the switchboard. this user now and again receives calles that are ment to go to a diffrent user.
