				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are on the CUCM 6.1 &#8211; I have a phone where the vm light and prompt is not working. I don&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s the phone because I rebuilt a new phone and am getting the same issue.  The other phones at her office do have this issue and each one is setup the same.  Is there something outside of the phone setup causing this?  I have the Visual Message Waiting Indicator Policy set to &#8220;use system policy&#8221; and even tried setting this to light and prompt which still did not work. Any idea&#8217;s?</p>

Is there any way to get help for Cisco Unity Express Voice Mail/Auto Attendant I have problem when I call office connecting to Cisco Unity Express Voice Mail/Auto Attendant playing welcome greeting during this time if enter extension number it’s not recognizing after finish greeting its asking inter number, caller have to wait until welcome greeting has to finish.<br />
 Its there any way welcome greeting accept number what caller dial? Or how to edit script or where I can download sample of scripts?</p>
