how to configure nortel phone number as voice mail zero out on cisco ip phone number

In Cisco Callmanager you can see the STATUS of a IP-Phone (Not registered, Not found, ...). Does someone know after how many time (hours) the status is set to NOT FOUND ? Standard setting ? Can you change this setting ?
