What advantages does the UC520 system have over the Avaya IP Office 500 system? Has anyone compared the two? I noticed a big price discrepancy and wanted to know what system features might be involved in that difference. Thanks.

Cisco UC520 integration with Nortel PBX

We have one site having Cisco UC520 for IP telephony and another site we have nortel PBX. So is it possible to integrate both ? if yes then how and which features will work and which will not work ??

It would be great if someone help me out for the same.

Configuring MS Exchange 2003 for SBS to send and receive mails on internet

Hi,

I have installed exchange server 2003 for SBS. I have configured it. Its working fine on Lan. I can send and receive mails from AD users.

Now I want to send mails outside the network on internet.

I have domain registered with godaddy (www.coinopsolutions.net). I have router working as DHCP server. I have my exchange installed on 192.168.x.2 and Router has ip 192.168.x.1

tell me what all settings needs to be done to send the mail across the internet.

also it will be great if you can guide me to open a port for SMTP on router CISCO UC520

Your help will be highly appreciated.
