				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi guys The scenario: we have more than 500 switches around the camp, all of them cisco switches, and everytime we have a thunderstorm the poe features in most of the switches dies, stops working, only data can go through, so my question is: its possible that after the thunderstorm the switch disable the poe feature or it burns leaving the switch not good for poe but good for data, we also use the cisco phones and they need the poe feature to working&#8230;any help please or suggestion&#8230;</p>
