				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CCM 6.1 &#8211; Currently if a call is in progress on 1st line and a second call comes in, I can not see the caller ID of the second call that goes to the 2nd line appearance.  For example Line 1 is in use and set to forward if line is busy. Second call comes in and goes to 2nd line as expected.  Recieve icon and button indicator on the phone (7961G) that a call is on line 2, but I can not see the Caller ID info of that call.</p>
