what if a user can make calls but can not receive?
what could be the reason that a user is receving calls successfully but can not receive calls? I think it could be releated to Calling search space;but don’t know the exact answer. if any body can please explain

increasing number of rings in Cisco Call Manager 6
Cisco Call Manager 6 We need to set the default ring to at least 3 rings for the whole organization but we have to do it one by one where is the default set up at.

I need to gather some data from our call manager and the reporting tool that comes packaged with the server is horrible! We have Call Manager version 6.1. Is there anyway query the call detail records other then using the reporting tool? If so, please advise me. Thanks
