I’m trying to automate a report that I can manually run in Callmanager in the CDR Analysis & reporting tool. I’d like to automate the QoS Detail report to run weekly or monthly and email itself to a specific person. I’m OK with a 3rd party tool running the report on my windows 2000 server if necessary. Does anyone have any ideas on a good (and inexpensive) way to pull this report?
Thanks!

I
have a requirement for a DDI number to be on permanent divert to a
mobile. The user does not have a account on the call manager, nor does
he need one. I just need to provide a Land-line number so it can divert
to his mobile. What is the best way for me to achieve this with the
lease amount of aggro please. Should I use a route pattern or something
? or can this be done on the router ?

Hi,
I’m a beginner with Call Manager 7 and need some help.
this is a Hotel in Spain. The Director wants to block all the rooms extensions.
when the reception makes the customer check in, I have to change the CSS (calling search space) on the Directory number.
CSS Block to CSS Allow. So they can make outside calls.
I want the receptionist to be able to block/allow Directory Number without having to access call manager.
Or given access only to the Call Manager DN configuration.
Any idea?
