1.Is this netgear switch interoperable with the cisco 3750 switch. the cisco 3750 acts as the distributin switch in this organisation while the netgear switch is the access layer switch. would there be any issues in configuring the vlans and other configs that might e necessary?

2. which is better as the core, the cisco 3945 router or the netgear fvx358?

Hello there,

How can I restrict internet access to my employees around (30) and what I mean by internet access are protocols http and https but allow them at the same time from connecting to the server and thus, being able to open their emial (I have an exchange server on another netowrk in another country) The goal of all of this is to restrict them from using the internet but allow them to manage their email on outlook. The switch is a Cisco catalyst 3750 series POE -48.

I have a modem connected to ASA. I maybe have to create access lists and/or vlans. How about do I do that? let’s say I want to block a certain port as a test first what is the proper configeration for the entire process?

Please I’m not a hight tech person. HELP ME!!

I have Fiber link for 6 MB with 2921-Router. I wan to segreegate bandwidth 4/2 for 2 Different Department. I have also 2 Catalyst 3750 switch for each department. I need to fix bandwidth 4/2 with access list. Please give me the solution?

Performance of Cisco 3750 Layer 3 switch

Hi guys, I have a cisco 3750 series L3 switch. It can currently handle 3GB of L2 traffic with no problem, but when faced with 40MB of L3 traffic, CPU utilization shot so high that I can’t even telnet to the switch. Could anyone enlighten me please? Thanks in advance!!
