I have a BA in Telecommunications and have extensive Help Desk experience but I’ve decided I want to run with the big dogs and get some real credentials. I am looking for a Fast Track (For students with non-computer related degrees) Master’s Degree Program in IT or CS that also has a clear aim to earn you certifications on the way. Not just gaining relevant knowlege, but teaching to the Microsoft/Cisco exams as a specific focus of the class. Do any such programs exist?

i am 45, injured, told i must choose a new career. current job was an all around mechanic/electrician fix it guy. while i have been off i have been repairing, upgrading friends computers, desktops, laptops, etc. enjoy it but i dont want to waste my time in a basic coarse. any ideas would be great.

I was an executive for a few Fortune 500 companies from mid 80′s to 2001. Now I want back into corporate life after being a financial analyst that went rogue. Every position for which I want to apply states their minimum requirements for a candidate and undoubtedly one of those requirements is: “must understand or have worked with SAP”. I’m not sure I know to what they are referring. Does anyone out there know how one becomes proficient in SAP? Where do I start?

I have done consulting extensively on the AS/400 platform, and was at one of my clients sites, and they wished I’d been a “server guy” – they were in the process of starting up and had many issues to resolve. What does it take to become one? What certifications would I need for that? There was a mail server, a couple locations with servers they needed to consolidate, and networking between them to work out….

Hi. I’m really interested in IPv6 and want to go to school to learn more about it and become an expert in the field. I can’t find any universities that teach IPv6 though. Where can I get an education or earn a degree in IPv6 technology?
