Hi im about to begin my goal in computer information secuirty and risk management….im just curious as to 1) the types of jobs this bachelors would allow me to get 2) what is a starting salary? and 3) what else would you reccomend that i take in the IT Field (school wise) to further excell this BA?

I am actually new to both Java and oracle technologies.I am thinking to go ahead either with Java or Oracle. I just need to know which among them is good ?

As, a beginner I am just wondering, whether Java will be good or oracle will be good in terms of job opportunities and salary as well ?

I heard that ERP technologies got a bright future and are highly paid but I am not sure about that.

Please, help me in choosing right path.

HI i am 20 yrs old, i have no experience what so ever with programming but am very good at using windows. I’ve just started to learn java programming using an Ebook called Java programming for dummies. I’ve recently looked up on google wages for java programmers and seen wages as much as 80 to 100 grand yearly! for senior java developers. The thought of me some day earning that much money blew my mind!! So i was wondering if any one could tell me which steps to take so that i can hopefully reach that level. And if i was to become the most basic level java programmer how much should i expect to be paid??
