• Running a Perl script as a system daemon in Linux

Does anyone know of the easiest way to get a Perl script to run as a daemon in Linux? I'm using CentOS so I need it to start up with the system / shutdown with the system. A /etc/rc.d/init.d would be nice. Thanks for the help.
