i have ccm 4.1, what happen any user transfer his call to his person number that call goes directly to his personal number, though i set "No Answer Call Duration to 20 or 30 Second" I tried many way to troubleshoot this problem. Please help Software/Hardware used: CCM 4.1
What happens if there are two lines as extension mobility (user device profiles) connected/configured to one SEP where one of them is restricted? Does the other line inherit the restricted lines "configuration"?
1) Can a SEP (Cisco phone) have several line connections? 2) If yes, what happens with the linestate of the lines if one line is restricted? 3) What does the below log mean? I want a linestate on ext 5228 but gets that line 5229 is restricted? Both lines is connected to same SEP. 2009-08-20...
