Hi all ,
I am a fresher in IT and currently pursuing a training on AS400 Modules, like CL DB2 , RPG400 etc, I was just looking the prospects and after 3 months of training they are fading out, I really do want to pursue my masters degree from a good college, for which I am preparing too, but I dont want to waste time so I thought that it will be a good Idea to work in industry until I get the admission. So , please suggest me what should I do .
I just came across this SAP Training module and I want to know that
1. RPG vs SAP , which is better in terms of career prospects.
2. Should I switch to SAP if I dont get an Opportunity in AS400 or Should I try for a little bit longer.

I need advice for my career. I have 2 years experience working in a NOC as a Junior NOC Tech. I gained a little experience working with UNIX but most of the time I did meaningless tasks that had nothing to do with networking.
I’m comtemplating getting my CCNA. I’m sure the NOC position boosts my resume but I don’t have any college and I know in this economy there are a lot of people with degress and more experience than me. I don’t want to waste my time and money if this won’t help me get ahead. I’m 35 years old and I need a career that will last. Can anybody out there give me an honest no bs answer?

now a day not necessary to do CCNA, because i completed CCNA, i attend many interviews but in that company prefer who is coming for preference from there company, so i was not selected u tell is this right procedure….
if this is right procedure then how can i select……..
what about the future…. if anyone of u can break this tradition so it helpful for new CCNA student….
and if anybody can refer me for job, please…..
