Microsoft Outlook attachment not found when sender uses CC

When sender sends me any mail with attachment, i am anable to recieve the mail.
Sender marks me as cc. then only it creates a problem pls help me regarding that issue.

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. When I am receiving email it’s shows CC address in title of inbox. I mean when someone sending me mail with a CC address. I am receiving the mail not title by sender, but title by cc address mentioned by sender.

When I receive mail (as CC or BC), I usually take a quick look to see if it needs my attention right away. If not I close them and read it later. But when I return to the mail, it’s gone. Mail is still on my desktop but it’s not on my blackbberry anymore, Any one any idear?
I use Groupwise 7.03 + curve 8310 + bes server 4.
