Our CEO wants to prevent anyone in our company from seeing his Outlook 2003 appointment calendar on Exchange Server 2003. I’ve gone into his Outlook client and set the calendar permissions so that the default permission is set to “NONE.” I’ve also set the calendar options so that none of his free/busy time is being published. After doing this, other users can still open his calendar and view it. What am I forgetting to set or change in order to keep his calendar private?
