In Outlook 2007 I want to create conference call invites for our customers and put them on flash drives & mail them to our customers. When our customers open the flash drive, I want them to be able to click on the meeting invite for conference call and it automatically adds the invite to their Outlook. Is there a way to do this?

Auto forwarding of invitations in Lotus Notes

Previous versions allowed automatically forwarding of invitations in Lotus Notes but latest version does not seem to. This allowed a Notes calendar to be monitored via an internet email account. Can someone tell me if this is still possible?

Outlook 2007 calendar meeting invites problem

I am having a problem with invites not making it to the recipients

I am using outlook 2007 on the local machines and exchange 2003 on the server. I do not have this problem with the mac users using entourage 2008.

A user creates a meeting in Outlook 2007 calendar then invites others to attend
- the email is sent to the exchange server.

On the exchange server
it is submitted from Store,
Submitted to Advanced Queuing,
Submitted to Categorizer,
Queued for local delivery
and then delivered.

However, the email never makes it to outlook 2007 inbox on the local machines. It will show in the outlook web access inbox but when you open it, the page can not be displayed.

Has anyone else experienced this?
