• Crystal Report viewer has better features than ABAP or ALV?

    I just got from SAPTechEd that the Crystal Report viewer has better features for users than ABAP or ALV.  SAP offers freely to customers through a plug-in installation. Can you explain how this is done? Is it at the application server or client server? Thanks, May Tran
