<p>But when we use Ship confirm (which launches the doc set automatically) the xml is generated but the pdf format is not.  Looking at the submitted requests, the layout has not been applied so XML Publisher doesn&#8217;t seem to know to pick them up&#8230;</p>
<p>Any suggestions&#8230;</p>
