Outlook 2007 on Vista: how to copy data

I use Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager and MS Accounting with Vista Home Premium operating system. How can I transfer all the data from those modules onto media for use in another computer so both computers can continually be up to date on the accounts. In other words, what files do I need to copy, what are they named and where are they? Thank you!!

Business contact manager lost

Apparently after deleting some files found by a trial offer anti-bug program, I lost my business contact manger in Outlook 2003. I didn’t notice right away of course and since I didn’t retain the trial program, I couldn’t restore my files. I have tried using the restore feature on my Dell Inspiron 9300 running Windows XP Professional Edition but that didn’t help. I then tried uninstalling Outlook and BCM and reloading them but that didn’t work either. What can I do?
