Will we really save money having users shut down computers at end of day?

We are currently analysing an ERP ( ORACLE ) implementation for the finance dept. ( AR, AP, FA, GL, … ). Does someone has experiences with activity based costing tools that interface with financial ERP data ? Does someone eventually has experience whit Oracle ABM ?
