any one can help, I’m not able to do the backup from the local server to backup remote exchange mailbox, keep geting error message from the ACR.

“E8535
Fail To receive data from client agent. (ADDRESS=127.0.0.1 (ServerName ( 127.0.0.1)), EC=10060, COMMAND=0)”

What is the best way to recover an Exchange 2003 mailbox after migration to Exchange 2007 is complete.

Completed migration to Exchange 2007 in mid-June 2008. Upper management now wants to see the contents of a users inbox at the end March 2008.

I have the Exchange 2003 database on tape from the end of March. We do not do “brick level” backups, only database backups. We were using Arcserve 11.5 at the time and are now using ArcServe 12 for backups.

If it matters, the old Exchange 2003 server no longer exists in the same state it was at the time of migration. For testing of other items AD and DNS were added after the migration completed.

I have backed up the system with “BrightStor ARCserve Backup r 11.1″, and it took more time than I estimated.
then I checked the log of Backup, and I found the message “Backed up volume disk quota.”

I think this is the reason it took a lot of time.

Then I wanna know if there is the way that solution of this quota backup is getting more fast.
or there is nothing I can do??

I have searched on the web about this issue, but I couldn’t find any helps.

Please someone tell me if there is fast way or work-around, or good reference page on the web site.
