is there any one who can recommend me best out of these two ? I am using exchange and majority of my contacts out side network are comaplaining that their email are bounced back

Exchange notify web app when email bounces?

I'm developing a Q/A knowledge system. When a question is answered the web app sends an email to the user who asked the question. If the message bounces is there a way this can be captured by the web app?

Replying to gmail email from outlook express

When I reply to a gmail email, it bounces back. However when I reply to other emails, this does not happen. When I send a New Message, not a reply to a gmail account, it works fine. This just started happening when I transferred my files to a new computer and re-installed my software.
