Lotus Notes Address won't sync with BB
My blackberry will not reflect the changes/ folders that I make in my Lotus Notes Address Book. when I manaully push the sync lotus notes gets the info from the bb but the bb gets nothing. Can anyone help, I have did all the steps and everything is setup correctly.

Keeping e-mails on the server for download to blackberry
I upgraded to Outlook 2003 and although the box is checked to keep the e-mails on the server for 2 days, after they download to my computer, they disappear from the server and therefore cannot download to the blackberry. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
