Seemingly excessive Reads affecting task synch with BlackBerry BPS (BES)?

User states that can synch mail and Calendar from Notes 7 to BlackBerry BPS, but unable to synch Tasks.
While the focus is on BPS, I need to understand what’s happening within the User Details button of the Mail Database, Properties, i Tab — User Details.
In a 24 hour period, the user the following stats:

-A recurring read on one server of 99 reads

-A recurring read on another server (clustered) with 12 reads

-In 1 day, Uses = 912, Reads = 17026, Writes = 401

Maybe this has something to do with BPS, maybe it doesn’t.
Can someone help me out with what’s happening and which area I should dig into. I haven’t done a clear replication history yet, as I wanted to post to the boards first.

have person on staff who wants all the messages to be copied to her
hand held blackberry when she is out of the office. We have a new
Enterprise Server for mail. She doesn’t want them forwarded(wants a copy) otherwise they can’t be
responded to with reply Doesn’t want them duplicated
when she is in the office. She wants the feature turned off and only
messges going to her office mailbox. Any suggestions? We aren’t using
a BES server for her blackberry.

Outlook calendar appointments cancelling by themselves

I have an Exchange 2003 Server and a Blackberry Enterprise Server v4.1.2 with 20 users. One of the Blackberry user’s calendar appts. are canceling on their own. Anyone seen this issue before?

Appointments BlackBerry Server

We put blackberry on the blackberry server so it will synch to the computer. Some appointments were cancelled off the calendar last week and when blackberry was hooked up, the appointments appear back on the calendar. What do I do to get the ones that were changed and/or cancelled back off the calendar?

Why I cannot receive to my Blackberry moved from .pst to Exchange mailbox messages

I need to move messages from one mailbox to another. This another mailbox is connected with BES 4.1.6 MR4. After messages moved, they do not reconcile with Blackberry smartphone.
I do not know – is this right thing or not? I guess not, ’cause those imported messages must be new for BES, and BES must reconcile them with smartphone. But BES do not make this.

Refreshing calendar data that has gone missing BES

When I assigned a new device to an existing user it all went OK but appointments in their calendar prior to 30 days previous have all gone missing, as with their emails. I can go into the office calendar and edit the previous appointment and it will then appear on the blackberry. The question is, can I just refresh this information or do I have to go and edit each appointment. Many thanks

I have created a couple of new users on my exchange server and also configured them on the BES server (selected the users from the address book on the BES server). These new users are all there and their info looks the same as all of the other BES users. When I try to assign them a blackberry I get a message saying ‘an error occured while assigning the device to the user. The user is not yet known to the blackberry agent. This initialization may take several minutes. This message is still on the screen after an hour. I have tried removing and re assigning a new user but it still fails.. Is there something basic that I am missing. This is the first new use that I have put onto the system, but I have addigned existing users with new devices.
