My question is just a procedure problem. I had received a video attachment and my computer said I needed RealPlayer & Quicktime to open. I had both programs downloaded in my control panel, but neither would open the videos. I tried a re-download & the 'run' question but it never came...
How do I covert a binary file to a folder where I can open it?
