Outlook calendar appointments cancelling by themselves

I have an Exchange 2003 Server and a Blackberry Enterprise Server v4.1.2 with 20 users. One of the Blackberry user's calendar appts. are canceling on their own. Anyone seen this issue before?

Handheld device cannot send e-miail. Receiven e-mail from BES just fine

Can you think of why a device cannot send e-mails? It receives messages just fine, it txt's just fine, just when trying to send e-mails I get a little red x on the message, even when trying to reply to message deliverd by the BES server. Any help will be appreciated it.
