Does anyone know of a way to scan a barcode entrys into an AS/400 display file, but not allow the scan ID to be manually entered from the keyboard?

how would I create a bar code which represents the ‘enter’ adnd ‘tab’ keys on a 5250 emulation PC?
I need to create a bar code which can be scanned with a wedge type scanner and it will act like a user pressed the ‘enter’ key or the ‘tab’ key.
